12yThank you for your review; we agree that our employees and volunteers are passionate individuals committed to our mission. As a non-profit, we are constantly challenged with the task of balancing resources while spending our donors' dollars responsibly. This challenge is one that we continue to work to improve through strategic planning and program evaluation. We do recognize the importance of career development. Many Red Cross employees have gone on to build long-term careers at our organization. We encourage employees to have open conversations with their managers about career goals and opportunities for advancement within the Red Cross. We appreciate your feedback.
