Caring and friendly environment. Rewarding work knowing you are helping others in the process. Ability to move within the organization occurs regularly.

Cons

At times can be stressful. Change occurs often which is good except when change is not the right solution. Changing just to change adds unnecessary stress as opposed to change that will move the organization in a positive direction. Reactionary change instead of proactive change and unfortunately, this company is involved with reactionary change more often than proactive.
