Pros
It's true working here is very heart warming seeing that people so graciously keep coming back to donate. The management aspect is nice, you're not being micromanaged. The schedule is great 4 days of 10 hours. The team was great we all had one mission, get donors in and out.
Cons
I would say some downside to working here is because there is no micromanagement going on, the work ratio is not evenly passed out. Someday you will notice you are putting more work in then others. Another con would be seeing people get dizzy or sick after donating, it is just not a good feeling seeing others get sick.
