Pros

Decent pay with overtime. Not a lot of pros to mention. I'm sorry at this time I can't think of any pros.

Cons

Doesn't care about their staff. No incentives. Favoritism. Stress among staff is horrible. Worked there more than 10 years and has gotten horribly worse. Lousy health and dental insurance.

Cons

Horrible morale; constantly changing corporate message; bureaucratic quagmire; top down leadership when the top is either uniformed or ill informed; internal financial reporting is too little too late; departments are working against each other...
