Pros

They take care of you, give you loads of good training, interesting talks at the head office and by team leaders, motivational, really good company ethos and attitude.

Cons

Easy to get fired. Sometimes the allocations of sites was a bit arbitrary and they didn't seem keen to mix up teams so everyone could get to know each other.
