Pros

Fun job, and it attracts good people that really want to make a difference in the work

Cons

Management seems to care about numbers than the actual cause itself. We weren't given campaign updates at all,and people weren't even following what amnesty standed for because the lack of example. We also weren't given any amnesty international uniform to show people were with amnesty.

Pros

The employees, work environment, and values are fantastic. This is the friendliest environment I have ever worked in, and I am sad that my term here is almost up.

Cons

The internship is unpaid. But that is standard for many non-profits.

1. Working for a great cause and purpose. 2. IT has the potential to touch lives 3. International brand 4. Decent pay 5 Flexible work culture.

Cons

1. The current management is very disappointing. 2. No sign of leadership. 3. High levels of attrition. The management does not take any step to control attrition. 4. Incompetent leadership and HR function. 5. No new learning and they dont stand up for the purpose they are working for. 6. You will hardly get opportunities to travel abroad or have new learning exposure as there is a lot of partiality in selecting the person going for trainings and workshops. 7. Very low understanding of research and campaigns . 8. Adhoc decisions and restructuring without any concern about the employees. 9. No standard process and protocols .
