Pros

All the colleagues are very nice and there is no hierarchy, everyone matters. Furthermore Amnesty takes it work serious and you will be working wit people who share your passion.

Cons

The salary will not be the highest you can get, especially because it is an NGO. If you are looking to make money, you should work somewhere else.

Pros

great place to work if you feel like you want to make a change. Understand that you can only make a change if you create a movement.

Cons

there was a lot of rejection, and co workers do some times tend to be a little bratty/obnoxious. They didn't understand that a lot of people just ignore what is good for the world.
