Pros

Who could ever argue with the right to work protecting the human rights of people around the world...? It's a great cause, and a great brand, and it is true that coming home after a bad day can be ameliorated by thinking about the bigger picture...

Cons

Who couldn't be frustrated that such an amazing brand is wasted on interminable meetings, a failure to deliver, poor governance and deep politics.

Pros

Relaxed, fun environment. Great organizational mission.

Cons

Horrible HR policies. Perma-temps are business as usual. People temp for 2 or 3 years at a time sometimes. They throw money at senior managers and waste money in other ways but will fight to the death to avoid paying someone towards the bottom what they're worth.
