You have the illusion you are contributing to something good, to support those who are fighting for human rights and accountability

Cons

You are more often than not treated in a demeaning way, constantly made you feel how replaceable you are and though there is lots of talking against how to fight authoritarian practices, in reality the leadership is extremely authoritarian in their approach to management.
