Pros

Everyone at the organisation feels equally passionate about the cause and mission of AI, and it is great to see everyone working together to achieve the same goal. There are opportunities for development within, and lots of access to self-learning/training. There is a great flexible working culture, and autonomy given.

Cons

It can get stressful because of the nature of the work that the organisation do, but with the support of all the great teams we have, it makes it easier to manage.
