Pros

It is great to work for an organisation that is mission-driven; colleagues are motivated to make the world a better place, which is hugely inspirational. The colleagues I work with are also very supportive, and I feel well-supported by my line manager and immediate team.

Cons

As it is such a large organisation, it can take quite a lot of time to implement new processes, which can be frustrating at times.
