Working for this organisation is deeply rewarding - thanks to its meaningful mission and a team of talented, dedicated professionals. There's a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing that fosters a positive environment.

Cons

Some individuals within the organisation in my opinion do not embody its core values. This is evident in practices such as management reviews that seemingly encourage staff to leave rather than raise or have concerns addressed, coupled with instances of employee feedback being swiftly removed from this platform. It raises questions about the integrity of celebrating awards achieved on the back of what appears to be suppression of honest employee voices. This is very concerning for a Human Rights organisation that advocates freedom of expression.
