Pros

Good for someone loves manipulating Excel spreadsheets and doing the same tasks every month.

Cons

Poor pay No room for career development Poor technologies Management doesn't listen Management underpays the most hard-working employees who actually do all the work and wonders why the engagement score is low or turnover is high. They eliminated several positions because they "don't have the budget", little raise, no promotion, but have $24B to bid a competitor? Run away if you are pursuing tech, analytics, or innovation because they don't care for growing smart and invest little in the trending technologies - they hire external consultants to do all the fun stuff

Pros

Co-workers were a hard working underpaid & under appreciated group that made a miserable job somewhat better.

Cons

You work daily in a environment that you won't be paid what you are worth & the term sweatshop comes to mind. It's always cutting costs w/Aon as an example your reward for a good annual review is a 1.5% raise which means hundreds of dollars more per year. They closed the Charlotte office & cut other jobs over 100 people gone nobody replaced. The solution you just have to work harder & hopefully you don't have to go to the bathroom before your break/lunch. You'll be yelled at for being away from your phone for 7-8 minutes & have your every move reviewed by managers who don't care about you because they get rid of those who did stick up for us.

Pros

The manager doesn't support your career development at all. He just wants you to work and work and stay in his team forever. He will also try really hard to stop you from studying and developing yourself. The more you do, the more work you have, the fewer opportunities you have because you have no time to really develop yourself.

Cons

Experience looks good on the resume. That's it.
