Pros

My advice is that you run, not walk, run in the opposite direction!!!

Cons

Racist companies like Aon are easy to pick out. Look at the faces of management. No diversity? Well then, you’re not going to have opportunities for advancement. Only white people are groomed for advancement and promoted at Aon. Minorities are kept at lower level jobs. Also, white people related to upper management and/or white people sleeping with someone in upper management. I never knew insurance could be so racist and sleazy.

Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Pay raises are disappointing, 20% pay cut during COVID-19, and high workload.

Pros

The people are nice and the work is challenging

Cons

The company treats employees like cattle and will find any way possible to squeeze work out of them while paying them less. Don't expect pay raises to keep up with inflation and do expect to not be rewarded for anything you do. Honestly, just go to one of Aon's competitors instead.
