Pros

Excellent employee support programmes, good benefits, reasonable salaries, flexible work place roles, energetic forward thinking client driven synergies

Cons

Aon is too quick to terminate older senior employees that have a wealth of experience that can benefit the corporations immediate and longer term objectives. instead it has caved into the culture of youth wherein salary compensation levels are lower. However the trade off is a loss of experience that can give a company an edge in a highly competitive, fast changing marketplace.

Pros

great pay and benefits. Great location downtown.

Cons

Direction of the business unit was constantly changing. One minute we were taking over another group and the next we were being down sized. Poor communication from upper management. A lot of wasted money, equipment and human resources do to the lack of decision making by management. I saw several "C" level management leave in less than 2 years.
