Pros

Global company with a lot of work to do.

Cons

Confusing hybrid of rigid hierarchical management, an IT department that "shoots from the hip" and a middle management bureauracy of micromanagers that is almost impossible to negotiate your way through. A giant company cobbled together from lots of smaller ones resulting in almost no one being able to articulate the overall focus. Our "core offer" to the marketplace may consist of over 200 different products some of which compete against each other.

really good people to work with. Dedicated group of account managers and technical help, good support from brokers. nice benefits. Flexible schedule

Cons

moved out of downtown and new digs are not as convenient. Lost a lot of clients. Book has been hit hard and no true sales leadership
