Pros

Fair pay for the position, flexibilty on weekly worked hours per week.

Cons

Some managment issues were micro managed to death while feedback requests went unanswered for long period, 2 weeks or more, or not at all.

Pros

There seems to be a lot of opportunity for advancement, and the people I work with are very nice and close-knit.

Cons

Sometimes a project comes up and you've got to put in the extra hours to get it done. Most of the time the hours are reasonable though.

Pros

There is a good deal of mobility if you are looking to relocate or try something new within the company.

Cons

The pay is pretty sub-par considering the work that is being done at certain levels. Generally, incoming consultants make the same as brokers, which isn't always fair as the depth of knowledge needed to be a consultant as well as the demands of the job are much higher than are required to be a broker.
