Pros

The work culture and atmosphere at Aon is terrific.

Cons

This is temporary employment, so you don't have set schedules. (even when you have a schedule)

Pros

None. Very poor working environment.

Cons

Weak leaders, can't be trusted, no interpersonal skills, no concern for quality of life for employees. Too many clicks. Felt at a disadvantage as an American.

Pros

There is a very positive "we're all in this together" mentality within the eDiscovery group. Everyone has each other's backs, which is critical at times when multiple projects are very active at the same time. There is opportunity for growth, especially for entry-level candidates. If you perform well under pressure and continue to push the boundaries of your knowledge, you will be rewarded.

Cons

Work\Life balance is nonexistent for the larger matters. The acquisition with AON has resulted in a few company reorganizations. Unrealistic revenue targets for the company.
