- In the City - Free snacks - Benefits are good - A lot of free time to do whatever you want because you are at Cisco AppD

Cons

- Implementing an Indian Oracle Environment - No empowerment - Only Yes Man Culture and those are the people that get promoted - Number of key resources leaving engineering and can’t hire new people

Still some very good talent at AppD, but it's leaving fast.

Cons

- Sadly, attrition is a huge problem. Frequent departures amongst leadership cause instability and robs us of the consistency needed for success. - Confidence in current leadership is waning. - Product is lagging behind market/competitors, while we place all hope in a new product without a clear timeline...

Poor Management and Lack of product innovation

Complete lack of product innovation. All sales made is based on massive sales machinery build without it it be hard product to sell as in last 3 year others have caught up. May be cause management was busy playing office politics Moral with high achievers is low. Most of them are looking for new jobs or left already. The ones around are content to do bare minimum . A company which was such a great product company is now left to an avg product . There is certainly lack in product management and overall leadership is weak .
