Pros

Brand new apple products to set up your new home office and includes an additional monitor. Was willing to pay for initial certification and at least one follow up in Workday for consultants. If you become a complaint drone, there are valuable opportunities to become certified in other areas (including salesforce). The pay is excellent to overworked consultants from traditional companies like ADP. Chris and Glen (CEO and CIO) are two of the realest people you will ever meet. Wish things worked out differently.

Cons

-The culture is overrated to say the least. I never felt as if I was part of a collective remote group, and there were hardly any real events to meet up with local workers. Even traveling to Indy was an awkward experience when required. This based on my own experience of 12 years doing remote programming. -The interview process is unreal. Seriously. 3 phone calls, 3 different skype sessions, and one day of about 6 interviews back to back. During the interviewing process, I realized that they primarily wanted to have their ego stroked. Essentially you are providing reasons as to why you should be blessed to work with them, and not why you are a good fit for the role. -Down time. If there is immense downtime, you will be switched to another team. Beware of this. These teams can be in areas that are not related to your certification/specialization and managers take no responsibility in owning up to their own faults.
