The people are #1. Appirio hires only "A" players, so coworkers are all awesome folks. Management is very open and honest, they respect employees, and they try hard to make work enjoyable. Company culture is very collaborative, everyone helps everyone, great sense of teamwork. Salaries are competitive, company has strong growth, we work on cloud-computing which has a great future, and Appirio is #1 in that space.
Cons
Because of the rapid growth, some things can seem a little disorganized. However, there are continual efforts to improve the organization and streamline processes. Also, with an open culture full of awesome people, your questions always get answered and you always find the help you need.
