Not My Favorite, Not My Least Favorite!

Pros

- Awesome co-workers - Lots of learning opportunities - Promote from within, I think :) - Fun activities apart from just project work - Good benefits - Nice, organized internal systems

Cons

- No clear path for growing career (instead; encouraged to drive yourself) - Sometimes, projects are a bit crazy because of lack of resources/inexperienced resources - Work-life balance is encouraged, but not necessarily possible

Company has a good working environment and culture. They also provide Work From Home facility to the employees.

Cons

No major onsite opportunity for the developers or employees. Non Billable roles are considered as useless roles.
