      A smaller company so not as much career growth and salary progression.

      Pretty solid

      Pros

      They generally hire A players who just get it done. If you're field staff, you can work from anywhere, as long as you can get to an airport. Any they're true believers and practitioners in cloud everything - they don't own a single server. For anyone who has ever had to VPN into the corporate network, this is a BIG DEAL.

      Cons

      Workload is high, and many people are just task-saturated. Some pains related to reaching next-level scale, but overall managing it well.

      Good work culture but not so good Management

      Pros

      Best work culture. Awesome facility which includes free cafeteria, recreational room, bicycles for fun and fun activities. 5 Day working with optional work from home facility if you are decapitated. Best onsite(US) employees who are sound in technology and able to help at all time. Quarterly team parties makes cherry on the cake. Being a part of Consulting team is best as they get the recognition as well as good ICP bonus.

      Cons

      Middle management has lot of politics. They don't allow anyone to grow. Senior Management makes a perspective about some AM or Managers that they will be working nice but the reality is different. Manager don't even ask about the expectations when it is about Promotions or hike and when we ask about it then they said, "We are not here to hear your expectations. There is nothing that you can demand or ask for. What you are getting is what you need to accept." Being a part of Non Consulting team - CM, R&D, IT, Facility, Consulting Ops or rest G&A is the worst thing you can ever have. No recognition and very less ICP Bonus. Bonus is dependent on company performance which never goes beyond 50%.
