Good for Freshers only !

Pros

If you are the kind of person who just wants to talk rather than getting things done yourself, then this is a great place as everything is played politically. Good platform for freshers to get experience for a year or 2.

Cons

Too much politics, favouritism, so called culture does not exist in India. People in management/managerial positions have reached there only because of their rep with India leadership and does not possess neither human skills nor technical skills. People can't even speak fluent English which includes not just Manager's but Directors of this company as well. If you make noise about anything, HR and your manager will work together to get you fired on the grounds of so called "cultural" misfit. India office is like a family run business where everyone's everyone is onboard regardless of skills. No work/life balance, some people work 15-20 hrs a day including weekends whereas others don't even have projects to work on. HR/Finance/Transportation are the worse department you will ever encounter, for any issues they have a standard answer of raise a ticket with vendor which get's no result. Losing most of its valued employee's due to all these issues as people in good books of managers are given multiple appraisal/promotion in a year or 1.5 yrs whereas, performers are given peanuts with false promises. Not recommended at all for people with 2-3+yrs of experience.

Pros

Nothing good .If you keep your managers happy then you are eligible for promotion

Cons

People are overworked . No salary is paid for extra work done. You would be required to work in weekend without any money

Pros

- Good salary and good bonus structure - Incredible flexibility to work from home or anywhere in the world with little to no notice at all. This is probably the best the company has to offer. - Interesting projects, some could be really boring. - Company phone

Cons

- Lots of travelling. It's not impossible for someone to be 4+ weeks on site with customers, meaning weekly flights Monday to Thursday. - On top of that, you are expected to bend backwards to please customers and meet deadlines, which translates to crazy working hours. - Most people work from home so the office is like a ghost town. You won't feel that you are part of a team. - Very random promotions and career progression is a black box. - If you are in consulting, you'll work with a team of developers in India. Quality of dev work can be excellent or incredibly poor. Most developers can't properly communicate or articulate problems. - Because the development team is in India, you'll find yourself waking up very early to be able to catch up with their work, yet you'll have to meet the onshore people late in the afternoon = crazy long hours. - I found myself working 14 hours a day on multiple occasions and this had a bad impact on my mental and physical health.
