* Fun, intelligent colleagues * flexible about working from home * regular team calls * GM is great, when present

Cons

* great consultants do not always make great managers * slow career progression, no clear career paths * culture and atmosphere in UK office has declined * Training and development opportunities is limited to Workday / Salesforce certifications * HR only seem to come to UK office when someone is getting fired, unsettling

Culture changed before acquisition

Pros

- Great atmosphere and really supportive teams - Good variety of clients so you can be placed anywhere

Cons

- Management became much less transparent leading up to acquisition - Practices staff more senior assets and not younger assets, so they get less experience - Poor compensation compared to other firms of similar size

Fun culture, transparent, work from home flexibility

Cons

Being acquired by WiPro is an unknown, sales plan is not great, the lower the margin on the deal, it affects your commission substantially
