      Pros

      You may get chances to work with best in class people in your technology. Good starting pay. Good transportation facility as well as in house facilities. Work from home facility is good , but it shouldn't be considered as a plus point for better work life balance - ultimately it costs your personal time sometime.

      Cons

      Only join if you know why are you joining this company. Don't go for Brand value - at least for appirio india. Poor management by leaders , super ordinate is far less smarter then their sub ordinate which makes you day by day job little frustrating . Politics can be seen everywhere , which sometimes demotivates the resources which are highly dedicated and honest to their work. False commitments from almost each leader/manager and organization at any level.

      Amazing Company to Work For

      Pros

      Great team, fun workplace, focus on continual learning, start-up culture, and a very transparent company from top-to-bottom. I was extremely happy to get a job offer from Appirio.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons, but since there is a 20 word minimum, I will say that there should be more collaboration on new hire placement.

      * Flexible hours * Work from home * Good salaries * Support from seniors * Opportunities to work on various kind of projects * On site opportunity for required projects * Work life balance * Fun factor * Chance to work on Emerging technologies * Training on various technologies All in all, everything is suitable for a person who wants to learn and grow in IT field.

      Cons

      Can't think of much, very satisfied.
