      Pros

      Reputable brand, highly transparent, most talented group, extremely collaborative, highly efficient operations, works with cutting edge cloud technologies, innovative leadership, flexible working location (when not conflicting with client requirement). I can go on and on...

      Cons

      Shares distribute to employees is not sufficient even if we go IPO.

      Pros

      Some projects are interesting... Insights into the current state of the Valley tech ecosystem. Marketing and Sales driven culture might appeal to sales professionals.

      Cons

      Many bad projects- Most often you need to fix things done by very junior consultants. Terrible Management - Most of the Management team has never lead a team in a successful company. Bad Company Culture - culture has moved towards a pure sales driven company. Sales shells rarely survive. Below market compensation in general.

      Pros

      - Really bright people to work with that are very willing to help their peers, very collaborative environment - Open leadership and management team, lots of visibility into company direction and how we're performing - Get to work on cutting edge technologies - Fun environment, not overly bureaucratic or stuffy - Good emphasis on team and customers

      Cons

      - The company is growing really fast and sometimes things can feel overlooked, but if you ask for help or raise your hand, people will listen. - Growing this fast can be stressful, have to be able to tolerate fast paced environment and change - that's not really a "con" but more of a comment
