Free soda, benefits are good, potential to work from home..

Cons

Too many Directors that do NOTHING. Organization is top heavy. Associate experience is not working, CEO doesn't care about the associates and seems to dislike females in high positions.

We need to say what we want and like, and what we don’t want. A big part of our program this year is about getting feedback. The culture is restrictive and suffocating and the organization clings to outdated principles. Poor diversity of ideas and values. Punitive and bullying in nature.

they have employees they can bs people real well. Very good at miss leading and making people feel secure when they are not. Good at miss leading.

Cons

Cheap heartless bad company no communication. Likes to out source with no notice, promises things and doesn't follow through.
