Aurecon is the same as other companies, not match what they advertise on social media platforms. All your efforts will be gone to advertise, such as innovative... but the AD is not 100% true. The company will never truly want to invest in innovation or employees, but just make some noise on the social platforms.

New Management in past 2 years have no clue at all. Good Culture is non existent especially in the last couple of years. Salary is better at other companies.
