      Pros

      A company that feels like they actually care about the people that work for them! Be treated/respected like an adult.

      Cons

      Lack of healthcare coverage. Internal team structures can be wonky Sometimes feels like a lot of red tape, but that's to be expected for a company this size, and isn't too bad.
