      Pros

      Opportunity for some good projects. Pay similar to market. Strong and good team culture (in IA). Flexible with working around personal commitments /WFH so long as you can manage deliverables.

      Cons

      Long workhours and weekend work, which may not make the salary so competitive during some busy periods. Senior staff also seem stretched at times, and their stress is noticable. Low bonuses for sub manager level. Non-transparent path for progression
