Good experience, work life balance, good collaboration. Management generally are very good and on your side.

Cons

Can be quite challenging to get a pay rise, maybe mostly in difficult time in engineering world. Promotion also a bit tough. The most dreadful thing is that you have to fill time sheet to specific project and no room for exploring creativity in the workplace.
