Low pay compared to other companies. Often work harder with no reward

Encouraged to keep quiet and accept the old way. Innovation and change scares middle management. workers kept in the dark about important issues. Difficulty keeping to budget with drafting pool booking pc downtime to my project. IT support unsatisfactory. Female staff paid less than male equivalent. Some staff have never worked anywhere else, very institutionalised, toe the line or else. Have witnessed management treat some colleagues unfairly. I wont be back
