Business Outlook
Pros
Competant people in the right group. My manager was brilliant and very supportive, gave me a reasonable level of responsibilty but provided support when required. Very flexible on time but I dont think this is a company policy.
Cons
Upper management very restrictive. Little flexibility to work harder and gain a reward. No young professionals networking opportunities. Very much an engineering atmostphere with slow moving company ,conservative management and little effort to look after the empolyees compared to other professional environments.
