During my time with the company, I appreciated the opportunity to contribute and develop professionally. However, one of the main reasons I decided to resign was the consistently limited workload assigned to me. Given that we were required to submit weekly timesheets reflecting billable project codes, the lack of sufficient project allocation became increasingly concerning. It was challenging to justify full-time billable hours without being fully engaged in meaningful work. Despite raising this concern, no clear adjustments were made to better utilise my capacity and skill set. Over time, this led to frustration, as I am motivated by contributing value and being productively involved in impactful projects. Ultimately, I felt it was necessary to seek an environment where my capabilities could better align with organisational needs and where I could continue growing through active contribution.
