Used to be a good company

Pros

Still have a good flexible work policy, progressive in gender equality, and friendly work environment for female graduates. Great work-life balance.

Cons

The pay is below the industry average. No pay rise for most employees in the last 5 years. Depending on your team leader, some teams may have some toxic environments with the senior leaders playing their favourites or fighting internally. The company has been proactively offshoring work and skills to Vietnam. No more monthly get-togethers after COVID.

Pros

Hard work and initiative gets recognised at Aurecon and there are lots of opportunities for career growth. Salaries and remuneration are great.

Cons

It is a large organisation and naturally has lots of annoying bureaucracy.
