Great company values, flexibility and project opportunities. High performing teams.

Cons

The values the company promotes do not necessarily map to the team level. In my team the leader created an environment that did not provide the psychological safety to say if I was struggling or had made an error. This was compounded by a lack of support or understanding of the challenges of the role, leaving me feeling isolated and exposed. Further the company states that it wont work for companies that dont have similar values, but actively pursues work with clients that have a track record of bullying and unethical behaviour.

The team is great. People there are very professional and supportive. There are many seminars and meetings to share knowledge.

Cons

As a freshly graduated student from overseas country, they expected me to be very independent and work with clients from the first day. I did not receive any trainings before going to the clients and during the way, they did not check in or support me.
