Pros

Aurecon embrace the flexible working conditions and have some really progressive, exciting culture change going on. Most of the people employed by Aurecon are top notch - professional, friendly, supportive and intelligent.

Cons

There is perhaps a bit too much stress put on lower ranks while the top echelons of the company focus on how shiny and modern the company is. There are a lot of people down on the ground doing some very long hours and working under enormous pressure which seems to be overlooked sometimes.

Interesting work and projects, nice office space, good work and life balance, promote flexible working, shareholding is profitable, challenging work environment and you learn quickly

Cons

Don't pay lower grades all that well, culture can sometimes be lacking a little, company direction is still being worked out under new CEO leadership but is taking shape nicely
