Longevity is possible (if you can outlast the retrenchments & restructures). Flexible work/life balance Pay is good

Cons

Role made redundant in a group phone call with another 6 people. This has left a bitter taste, especially given I had over 10 years of service at this company. Profits are always before people Some leaders are difficult to work with Somewhat on the extreme side of wokeness.

Need to be very proactive with the line manager. Otherwise, support is limited.
