Pros

Management put a lot of trust in the employees and we have a lot of freedom to plan our own time, work from where we want and develop in the direction that we want.

Cons

Not many. However, it is a fast growing company and management are still learning and improving. They acknowledge that they don’t necessarily know everything upfront, which I respect a lot.
