      Pros

      Informal, open work environment. Young and diverse organization with a lot of talent coming from all directions. We're left with flexibility, responsibility and a lot of room for growth in ones own pace.

      Cons

      Consultancy is not easy and not all projects are the same fun. But I doubt the grass is greener anywhere else. If anything, rapid growth comes with changes and those are not all positive or in our individual benefit. Overall I think BASE sticks to their core values.

      Pros

      Inclusive, fun, diverse, and non-competitive environment Incredible management that listens to the individual Autonomy to find your own professional path within the company Frequent review of goals, objectives, career plan, etc. A ton of social events, annual offsite, Friday bars, and more!

      Cons

      Company is growing very fast, so it can sometimes be perceived as chaotic, lacking some of the formal structures that a more established company has A bit of a start-up vibe (can be good and bad!)
