leadership can change in a blink of an eye and when it changes, they will change a lot of things down the line it's not the change that's the problem, the problem: the duration and frequency of the change and because they are expats, they move from one location to the next without paying importance n how they are wrecking / affecting people's lives / livelihood. then they put crappy line managers who are good workers but not leaders. insane changes to cut costs but no long term nplan.
