No respect of boundaries Zero respect to female operators in day to day life Some operators who got employed at the management roles are creating unhealthy competition as they have previous experience with machineries and they deny to help the fresh graduates. Senior management just throw meats in the competition as they are mostly not familiar with the machine work methods. Poor management models and seniors just put pressure on the new team members, corner them with bad performance reviews. Extremely biased towards few university graduates. Though there’s specified HR restrictions on dating senior colleagues, here they date and get married in the same team. In the long run it creates bias and confusion between team members.
