      The international-ish culture can bring you some fun co-workers.

      Terrible company culture which truly is the reflection of a company trying to do what it can in a middle of a dying industry. I would say that BAT's #1 problem is talent retention. They have the hardest time hiring or retaining some good employees so they are stuck with a poor management and fill middle management positions with some old school sales rep who have no understanding of what they are doing and will try to bring their rep experience and management in marketing and finance... Good luck with that.
