Cons

Hybrid working Vertical structure Poor computational resources and infrasturcture for DS Poor problem motivation/formulation so most of solutions end up satisfying short-term whims of coorporates and are never used again The higest rank data scientists are not as well prepared for the job The culture is terrible. Everyone is eager to work 9+ hours daily and have terrible priority management: BBVA is above health, family and everything else
