Run for the hills...you don't want to work here.
Pros
This really is hard. I've held front and back office positions and was successful in both. Upper Management is clueless to the realities of how business operates now. It's like an ivory tower situation where they all talk about how great they are, while branch employees are getting ripped to shreds and back office employees get worked to death. This would be a great company if the entire culture changed.
Cons
Too numerous to list. They don't care about "talent" and are too stupid to know that they have gifted people right in front of them. Potential doesn't matter, only experience. The pay is well below industry average. I've performed better than most for all of my annual reviews and the best raise I've ever gotten was $900. It doesn't even keep up with inflation.
