      Downward Spiral - so many problems on so many levels

      Customers and co-workers are great

      Cons

      Fear based management, high employee turn over, changes without implementation, inexperienced management, no direction, low employee morale, burned out front line employees, no back office or management support, new core system problems, lack of training, and continues downward spiral since BBVA purchase.

      Pros

      Very attractive branch network and footprint, strong financial backing from BBVA (Spain), some very good long-term employees who care about their customers.

      Cons

      Extremely chaotic, disjointed strategy and execution. Many arrogant managers. Very poor compensation structure. Too much day to day influence from the mother ship (BBVA).

      Nothing modern, not customer friendly, all about rubbing shoulders among staff. pay isnt good.
