      Pros

      They will get you licensed

      Cons

      low pay for type and amount of work. Company did not give merit raises last year. Micro Managed and redundant reporting. Not properly staffed unreachable goals forced to audit your sales numbers daily to ensure it is correct.

      Pros

      The company provides a good work/lifestyle balance. Good benefits! Very much ahead in technology, compared to its competitors. Loved the global/international feel - good insight into the bank's worldwide network.

      Cons

      Depends on who you work for/report to. Worked in an LPO (loan production office). Very poor team leadership, especially in resolving issues re team building, to the point that the environment was unhealthy, lack of encouragement to advance. Minimal structure.

      Pros

      Co workers was the only pro when I left. Years ago this was a great company but upper management is destroying a great company.

      Cons

      Put way to much stress on you. Take away any sense of life outside of work. Everyday you are pressed to do more than you did yesterday. When you hit your goals you are rewarded with larger goals. Management talks "work life balance" "best place to work" but thy DO NOT live it out by any means!
