      Pros

      They just made improvements to short term disability and maternity leave policis so the vacation and leave policy is nice. They aren't as demanding as other banks, but that is starating to change

      Cons

      Lack of consistent back office support; the company may say the right things in terms of caring for employees but thats about it; Ivr had multiple issues with being paid correctly and when I tried to fix it it doesn't seem a priority for anyone else to correct the error; they've started relying on micromanaging techniques which isnt fun and doesn't help with morale

      Work-life balance and you get a lot of exposure to the work since you are entrusted with many responsibilities.
