      Pay is higher than at other major institutions

      Cons

      They like to use the word "universal" with your job title to make your responsible for several jobs at the expense of one. Systems are inadequate and ancient No support. Bank laid off over 1500 internal customer service members. Now bankers and managers and customer facing staff must search through a 20,000 page database to find solutions. Audits are based on friendliness with auditor

      Pros

      Good compensation for a first job internship experience Awesome team: always willing to help, solve my doubts and from the first day accepted me as one of their own Headquarter "La Vela" really nice with all departments together,fostering communication when needed

      Cons

      Headquarters located at the north of Madrid, with not enough communication to make traffic fluent: heavy traffic jams at rush hour in the mornings, making the way to work a real pain. Also public transport not good adapted to its needs(nearest metro stop 20 minutes walk), metro ligero also very slow.

      Pros

      Great company, benefits are great, work life balance is fantastic, the people are very friendly. Fantastic company and environment, if you perform, they will recognize that.

      Cons

      Salary could be on the lower end when starting out but after proving yourself, it's not hard to move up.
